Способ применения и дозировка: Принимать чаванпраш следует отдельно от еды. Взрослым - одна чайная ложка утром и вечером, запивая небольшим количеством теплого молока; детям – половину чайной ложки утром и вечером, так же запивая молоком. Чаванпраш можно принимать и без молока, однако аюрведа рекомендует принимать именно с молоком, так как оно усиливает полезные свойства продукта в 10 раз.
Противопоказания: гастрит с повышенной кислотностью, сахарный диабет, хронический и острый нефрит, пиелонефрит, аллергия на мед, индивидуальная непереносимость некоторых компонентов.
