Массажное масло "Ушана" предназначено для людей Капха типа или для баланса Капха доши и связанных с ней заболеваний (отечности, сонливости, лишнего веса, ментальный ступор и другие). Особенно хорошо применять осенью и весной во время дождей, сырости и холода.
Аюрведические свойства:
Вату и Капху понижает, Питту повышает.
Действие масла: легкое, теплое. Показано при нарушениях Капхи: профилактика простудных заболеваний, при насморке, отеках.
Оказывает тонизирующие действие, придает ясности в мыслях и легкости в движениях, улучшает настроение, снимает депрессивные состояния. При переохлаждении хорошо делать интенсивный разогревающий массаж. Способствует снижению веса – может применяться в комплексной терапии, при болезнях почек и лишнем весе.
Способы применения:
- Подогретым маслом делать энергичный масляный массаж всего тела (абхъянга). После массажа убрать излишки масла порошком грин грэм или убтаном из трав, сделав пасту.
